AI Automator is the professional brand of Mykhailo Andrukhovych, an independent AI automation specialist based in Budapest, Hungary. Mykhailo Andrukhovych is the controller of the personal data processed through this website.

What data we collect
When you send the contact form
- Your name
- Your business email address
- Your company name, if you choose to provide it
- Your message about what you would like to automate
- The date and time of your request
Please do not include sensitive information, such as health data or passwords, in your message.
When you browse the website
- Analytics data, only with your consent. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information such as pages viewed, time on page, the referring website, device and browser type and approximate location (country or city). Google Analytics 4 does not log or store full IP addresses.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider automatically records technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit in server logs, to deliver the website and keep it secure.
- Fonts. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. To deliver them, your browser connects to Google servers, which receive your IP address. Google Fonts does not set cookies.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or make automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.
Who processes your data
Your data is handled by Mykhailo Andrukhovych. To run the website and answer requests, we use service providers that process data on our behalf and under our instructions:
- Website hosting provider, which serves the website and keeps server logs.
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-to-email service that receives contact form submissions and delivers them to our mailbox.
- Email provider of the mailbox ai-agent@mrmouse.tech, where requests are received and answered.
- Workflow and CRM tools, such as n8n, used to keep track of your request.
- Google Ireland Limited for Google Analytics (only with your consent) and Google Fonts.
We may also disclose data if the law requires it.
International transfers
Some providers, including Google and FormSubmit, may process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it

Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- erase your data;
- restrict how we use it;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that happened before. You can withdraw analytics consent in .
To use any of these rights, email ai-agent@mrmouse.tech, or contact Mykhailo on Telegram at @AISystemsByM or on LinkedIn. We reply within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. In Hungary this is the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH), naih.hu. You can also contact the authority in the EU country where you live or work.
Security
The website is served over HTTPS, the contact form collects only the data needed to answer you, and access to requests is limited to Mykhailo. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or legal requirements change. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
